We ventured down to the Great Sand Dunes National Park near Alamosa, CO to try something I've been wanting
to do for years. This was the first time either of us have ever gotten to try sandboarding and oh my!!! Soooooo
much fun! It's very similar to snowboarding but at the same time oh so different. Case in point: No lifts...
As we spent a lot of time wandering around on the dunes in the scorching sun I kept having visions of Star Wars in my head -- of all
things right?? Tatooine to be exact -- hence the title. If only there were 2 suns! For those of you that know me well enough, you
won't be surprised to find Star Wars Easter Eggs hidden (in plain view) in many of the photos! See if you can find them all! :)
After the weekend... sand was everywhere. Even in places you never thought possible!
